What a hot & sunny day for a run!! And the winddddd!
ANDDDDD the elevation, wtf! To think the marathoners did 2 laps of this course 😵‍💫Absolutely criminal.
Cramps from 18km AND in places I didn’t know could cramp.🙈😂 I was in pain. A LOT of pain and wanted to quit so badm. There were many times I didn’t think I was going to finish tbh. BUT here’s me post run!!! (No medal as shipment is delayed😭) I am exhausted and I also have a nice bloody top for my post.
Your reminder- We don’t always finish a run looking put together, cute or instagram worthy. If you did something hard and finished, be PROUD!! Running isn’t always pretty!!
Anyway, that was SO hard 🩷
