Females and minors detained after sunset at Sansad Marg

don’t get so carried away with trying to perfect your life that you forget to actually enjoy living it 💛

when you’re 80, odds are you’re not going to look back and think:

“I’m so glad I spent my 20s trying to make my stomach smaller.”

“thank God I skipped those dinner dates so I could stay on track.”

“I wish I would’ve spent more time worrying about what people thought of me.”

but you might wish you had one more dinner with your husband. one more spontaneous night out with your girlfriends. one more summer in a body that could run, dance, swim, and carry you wherever you wanted to go.

and I think that’s what we forget sometimes. we’re so busy worrying about how our lives look that we forget to actually BE in them Yano??

Like MAYBE the slice of cake, the unflattering picture, the missed workout etc isn’t as deep as we often make it be?

There’s a lot of beauty in the moments in front of us and I hope this can give you a fresh perspective heading into the new week 💛😌

From behind the chair to the podcast studio with @brittney_saunders 🎙️🔥

Today I had the absolute pleasure of sitting down with Brittney on the @bigbusinesspodcast to chat all things business, growth, social media, confidence and overcoming overwhelm.

One thing I’ve learnt throughout my journey is that growth doesn’t happen when you’re comfortable. It happens when you challenge yourself, take opportunities that scare you and keep showing up, even when you don’t have it all figured out.

Such an incredible conversation and a reminder of just how far this journey has come 🥹

A massive thank you to Brittney for having me! 🤍

And of course, we had to finish the day with a little trip to the fish markets 😂

Can’t wait for you all to hear this episode! Who’s tuning in? 👀🎧

Tesla’s new Roadster just took the supercar conversation into the air. Elon Musk unveiled the redesigned electric sports car at a SpaceX facility in Texas, showcasing thruster-assisted airborne manoeuvres that looked straight out of a sci-fi movie.

The demonstration showed brief aerial movement rather than sustained flight like a conventional aircraft, but it offered a dramatic glimpse of Tesla’s ambitions for the Roadster. With extraordinary acceleration claims and production targeted for 2028, there is still plenty to prove before this vision reaches customers.

Would you get behind the wheel of a thruster-powered Tesla?
