Chef Ador, owner & founder of @ador.cuisine is the visionary food artist behind Ador Cuisine, a premier personal chef service that transforms dining into a soulful, healing experience. A first-generation Mexican American and former culinary instructor at Miraval Resort, Adrian blends his heritage with global fusion to create intentional, multi-course tasting menus in his clients’ homes. Operating through his persona, “Chef Ador,” he harmonizes creative “feminine” intuition with precise “masculine” execution to craft dishes that serve as a universal language for connection and inclusion. This truly is a dream come true for me. I get so emotional when I think of everything I’ve gone through & to be here where I am today, is incredible.

Friday I got to be on my old stomping grounds at @pimacommunitycollege & represent @tucsoncityofgastronomy as a Chef Ambassador!

It’s @pueblosdelmaiz week so naturally my demo included some fresh corn tortillas. It was such a bittersweet moment to be able to come back to one of the places where my love for food started.

Always grateful for the opportunity to show up & represent my heritage, culture & family in what I do!

This was such a special dinner. Love to celebrate my beautiful friends. Thank you @lunah_ for trusting us with your special day! 🫶🏽

Thank you so much to my right hand man @ador.cuisine for all your help & encouragement. I wouldn’t have been able to do this without you!

On the menu:
First course - Citrus frisée salad with watermelon radish, golden beets, avocado & grilled peaches

Second course - (not pictured) Shrimp ceviche on tajin tostada, salsa negra, tajin aioli & avocado

Third course - Charred Al pastor chicken & chayote with a roasted pineapple pico de gallo & poblano coulis

Fourth course - Panko & toasted coconut fried arroz con leche lunas with a piloncillo caramel & salted whip cream dressed with berries.
