Tucson City of Gastronomy Chef Ambassadors @chefcabrera and @chulas___cocina will lead cooking demonstrations and share stories inspired by their experiences representing Tucson at Pueblos del Maiz in other cities!

Chef Aris will recreate the dish he presented in Bergamo, Italy, earlier this month, while Chef Angela will prepare the dish she shared at Pueblos del Maiz in San Antonio last year. Together, they'll share the stories behind their dishes and how Tucson's culinary heritage travels, connects, and evolves across communities.🌎
