The Birthing Place

NYC's screening of "Allowed to Birth" by Jacinta Lagos is SOLD OUT this Thursday, Sept 24 at 6:00 at Quad Cinema with special guests Ricki Lake & Abby Epstein!

The Birthing Place Foundation is sponsoring local Birthworkers to attend as well as helping to elevate "Beloved Birth 50 by 50"—a nationwide initiative working toward the goal that by 2050, 50% of babies in the U.S. will be born with the care of midwives.

We’re grateful to offer tickets to Conscious Birth Community mentees and alumni — and TBPF's network of midwives, student midwives, doulas and birth workers. We’re grateful to have all of us join this experience! > 25% of the audience are NYC birth workers which makes great conversation to follow.

We look forward to sharing an evening of film, connection, and conversation!
