Why can your spouse hurt you more deeply than anyone else?

Because marriage requires vulnerability and the person who knows your heart best also knows where it hurts.

But when we feel hurt, our ego can quickly become our internal defense attorney, building a case for why we’re right and our spouse is wrong. That’s when our unhealthy defaults begin to take over.

Da nam se nikada više ne ponovi: Patokratija - vlast poremećenih (Łobaczewski) nastaje kada psihopate i poremećeni pojedinci preuzmu vlast i nameću svoj sistem vrednosti. Normalni ljudi su marginalizovani, dok vlast funkcioniše po logici poremećenih umova, kroz strah, laž i propagandu. Društvo tada postaje nesposobano za empatiju ili pravdu. Ponerologija od grčke reči poneros (zlo, pokvarenost), nauka o zlu u društvenim i političkim sistemima. Ideologije (nacionalna, verska) tada služe samo kao paravan za lične poremećaje i želju za kontrolom. Psihopate ih koriste da opravdaju nasilje i prikriju svoju pokvarenost (kad nas zovu ustašama baš oni koji smanjuju broj žrtava u Jasenovcu🤦🏻‍♂️). Kolektivna kontaminacija se dešava kada je društvo dugo pod patokratijom i ljudi nesvesno usvajaju psihopatske obrasce, moralne vrednosti se izvrću, jezik gubi smisao (laž postaje „istina“, okrutnost „nužnost“) pa dolazimo do masovnih manipulacija i totalitarizma. Ovo se naziva psihološkom inverzijom - kriterijumi dobra i zla se obrću. Poremećene psihopate su obično mali % društva, ali su idealni saradnici spoljnom faktoru za zavođenje hibridnog/posredničkog (neo)kolonijalizma kakav je u Srbiji i zato su njega odabrali da dođe na vlast. Hulja koristi tuđe slabosti, ideologiju koristi za moć, ljude tretira kao alat, nameće strah i propagandu, i sistem počinje da odražava njegove unutrašnje osobine: psihopatiju, surovost i represiju. Tada obični ljudi prilagođavaju svoje ponašanje da prežive postajući „pseudopsihopate“ koje usvajaju laž, bezosećajnost kao obrasce ponašanja. Nijedan drugi političar u Srbiji ne bi svesno radio da večno zatruje zemlju i vodu domovine, da preda sve institucije na Kosmetu i aktivno radi na iseljavanju stanovništva iz pokrajine, da napravi manjak od milion ljudi u Srbiji za vreme svog mandata, što belom kugom, što odlivom stanovništva koji su posledice loših uslova života u patokratiji. Oporavak društva je moguć tek kad se zlo prepozna kao psihološki fenomen, a ne ideološko/politički, i kada se ojača moralna i emocionalna pismenost, razvije psihološka imunologija

DEADLIFT CHEAT SHEET 💪 If you’re a competitive deadlifter wanting to build maximum strength and a physique to match, these are my top five exercises. If it’s not on this list, I don’t believe it’s essential for long term deadlift development. 1. CONVENTIONAL DEADLIFT My first choice for competition specific strength. More knee bend means greater contribution from the legs, hips and back. It builds whole body strength, but spreads the muscle building stimulus across multiple muscle groups. Strength: 1 - 6 reps. 1. SNATCH GRIP DEFICIT DEADLIFT (SLOW ECCENTRIC) One of my favourites for overall muscle development, particularly the back. The wide grip and deficit create a huge range of motion, requiring lighter loads. The slow eccentric increases time under tension. Best used early in a strength cycle to build muscle and work capacity. Typically 3 - 6 reps. 1. PAUSED DEFICIT DEADLIFT One of my favourite exercises for technique. The deficit challenges the start position. Pausing just off the floor teaches you to maintain tension and position after taking the slack out of the bar. Many missed lockouts start with poor positioning off the floor. Improve the start and you often improve the finish. Best used in the middle of a strength cycle. Typically 3 - 6 reps. 1. ROMANIAN DEADLIFT Excellent for posterior chain hypertrophy. Less knee bend emphasises the hamstrings and glutes. Start at the top, control the eccentric and maintain tension throughout the set. Great for muscle growth with carryover to strength. Hypertrophy: 6 - 12 reps. 1. STIFF LEGGED DEADLIFT It can look almost identical to an RDL, but each rep starts from a dead stop on the floor, with less emphasis on the eccentric. This builds posterior chain strength and force production without relying heavily on leg drive. Typically 3 - 6 reps. THE TAKEAWAY Five exercises to build a massive deadlift and the muscle to match.
