Think you could climb Everest? Now add six more.
Nobody climbs seven mountains at once. You climb the one in front of you. Then you do it six more times.
Genius Trait #3 of 24: DEVOTION TO GOALS.
“Geniuses know what they want and go after it. Get control of your life and schedule. Have something specific to accomplish each day.” Dr. Alfred Barrios
Ruben Payan Jr. is a US Marine Corps veteran who decided he wanted the highest point on every continent. Then he did the unglamorous part. He gave every single day a job. Nine years later the list was finished: all Seven Summits.
Today he hands that same discipline to other people through Powerful Human, the group he founded to help others go after their biggest goals.
“What genius means to me is awareness, consciousness, understanding that your words, they make a difference.” Ruben Payan Jr.
Be honest. Would you climb even one of them? Vote in the poll below.
Then tag the friend you would drag up a mountain with you.
