This weekend, I have the privilege of connecting virtually with an incredible group of women in Pakistan to explore John Maxwell’s Laws of Growth. 🌱

Growth doesn’t require you to leave the season you’re in. It invites you to grow within it.

Whether you are a mother, caregiver, professional, community leader, friend, or the person others depend on—you are already leading somewhere.

Together, we’ll explore the Law of the Mirror and the Law of Reflection and consider how greater self-awareness, intentional reflection, and personal growth can strengthen the way we lead and influence the people around us.

Leadership isn’t only about a position or title. Sometimes it looks like the way you show up for your family, encourage another woman, serve your community, or choose to grow yourself.

🌱 Honor the season you’re in. Reflect on what it’s teaching you. And keep growing from right where you are.
