Savoury Hasselback Apple Tarts with Aged Cheddar, Fig, Walnut & Thyme 🍎🍂 We picked up some beautiful Ontario Honeycrisp apples at a local farm and couldn’t wait to turn them into something a little different! Each apple half is thinly sliced Hasselback style, then nestled onto buttery puff pastry with sharp aged cheddar, a little fig preserve, toasted walnuts and fresh thyme. Baked until the pastry is golden and flaky, the cheese is melted and the apples are tender, with their gorgeous red skins on full display!
