Snippets of what I've paid to ship real orders that my customers pay ! Flat rate of $10.00 for.

Yes, I realize this means I'm losing revenue on virtually every order. But I'm a consumer too, and I appreciate not having to guess how much shipping an order I want to place is going to cost. So I wanted to offer that same experience, as a token of appreciation, to the people that are helping to keep my little dream going.

It also serves a double function as a convenience factor for me. In the event that Canada Post decides to try and hold another holiday ransom, its easier for me to just use a different carrier for orders that have have already been placed, but not yet shipped.

The more you know!

Go to any store/business and ask for a rebate....gas, grocery store, etc...good luck. If folks don't want to pay the price for your products, then go shop elsewhere. Shipping costs are not cheap these days. If anyone questions your price, give them the weight & package size and let them pay for the shipping...might be an eye opener. I have seen many rebate opportunities posted by limestone lures this year...don't know what they're whining about. Keep doing what you're doing Jeff, those who trust and know your products won't question the cost.

Easy ! Lettermail might be cheaper but it’s really thin minimum , states is brutal , 10 flat is great

As a retired business owner, you were absolutely correct about the cost of postage. Sometimes it cost more to mail something than the actual parcel itself.
