We stopped by Zojah Burger to catch up with founder Alvin (along with his awesome mini co-founders, Zoe and Elijah!) to taste their lineup and hear about the heart behind this family-owned concept. Named after his kids—Zoe, Elijah, and Isaiah—Zojah Burger was built with purpose. After losing his mother to cancer in 2021, Alvin made the commitment to give 10% of their profits right back to the community.
