Fresh off the easel - "Rooftops IX" acrylic on canvas, 30" x 36"
Its a smaller painting, but one of my favourite subjects: the red roofs of Southern Europe. I love the contrast between the soft plaster walls and the intense red of the tile rooftops -and the myriad of streets snaking around and between the buildings. Thoughts?
