adidas Adios Pro 5, before and after Berljn Marathon

Before: 20 mile run and one threshold repeats run. A bit less than 30 miles total. Mostly pavement. A very small amount of manicured gravel paths. Maybe 1k total?

After Berlin Marathon: total of 50+miles.

By the way, the shoes were great (I, on the other hand, did not perform so well).
