For Bubbleweed shawl, published in February 2022 I had to unvent a kind of flat bobble-ish stitch. I don't even know what it should be called. I wanted a kind of bobble effect but without the protrusion which always bugs me about bobbles. Turned out pretty effectlvely, if I do say so myself.

Yarn: Lovely blue/green Sock yarn from a dyer who is sadly no longer dyeing and a plain 4ply from some larger brand, can't remember where.
