THIS IS WHAT IT’S ALL ABOUT. ❤️
From the kids watching me head out most evenings to run and train, to now watching them take part themselves. And getting to stand on the sidelines, cheering them on? That feeling is hard to put into words.
A few years ago, me and Abbie were unapologetically unhealthy. But through consistency, commitment and having each other’s backs, we’ve turned our lives around. Not just for ourselves, but for our two little ones. ❤️
Now they’re finding the same joy in running and triathlons that I have. Watching them cross that finish line, then crossing it together as a family, is a reminder of exactly why we started.
And there’s no better feeling than hearing your children say…
“Daddy, I’m going to do an Ironman with you when I’m older.” 🥹
If that isn’t motivation to keep going, I don’t know what is.
We’re not just changing our lives. We’re showing our children what’s possible.
