the perfect Saturday afternoon spent sauna’ing

📍Kin Sauna, Beltonville Farm, Buxton, Peak District

I’m not a big fan of ice baths but this actually was the best thing EVER. We were up in the peaks and I just thought, let’s go for it. The sauna almost guaranteed that you could warm up afterwards and you come out feeling so refreshed. I sound #zen but it’s true and feel like if you know you know!!
