The Ballerina Spin looks so simple when you watch someone else do it.

But then you try it yourself and suddenly your grip, balance, flexibility, coordination and body control all have to work at the same time. 😂

And somehow one tiny change in your position can make the whole thing feel completely different.

That’s one of the things I love about Pole Dance.

A trick can look effortless from the outside while being ridiculously challenging when you’re the one actually doing it.
