🍂 A perfect offering for the Autumn season 🍂

Join @mercedesani + I for an evening of Restorative Yoga, Reiki + Sound Bath…a chance to slow down, soften, and simply receive.

We’ll settle into supported restorative poses while Mercedes offers Reiki and I weave in the soothing sounds of crystal bowls.

As the season shifts, give yourself a little space to turn inward, let go, and reconnect. 🧡

No experience needed, come as you are.

✨ Saturday, October 10 from 5:00 - 6:30 PM
✨ $48
