All in a day’s work 🐾❤️ Ruby loves visiting her friends when she’s volunteering with hospice… the glasses, maybe not so much 😂

Volunteering with Ruby has been such a special experience. Watching her bring a little joy, connection + love to people is pretty incredible.

If you have a pup, or know one who has lots of love to give and might enjoy visiting hospice patients, send me a DM ❤️🐾 by @alexisabbate

When we opened @terrasolsanctuary 10 years ago, I taught Hip-Hop Asana every week and it quickly became one of my favorite classes.

To celebrate this milestone, I’m bringing it back for one special night!

Join me Saturday, August 8, from 5:00- 6:15 PM for Hip-Hop Asana with live DJ @rizzydohboss. We’ll move, laugh, celebrate, and have some fun together.

Be sure to check out all the other fun things we have planned throughout the day as we celebrate terra sol’s 10-year anniversary! 🥳
