Fish Pakora Butty
Every texture I want in one bite. Crispy masala fish pakora, creamy coriander tartare, lettuce and onion doing the crunch, and a slice of melty cheese on brioche.
If I ever opened a little deli I might call it Bad&Bhaji Butties, and this would be first on the board.
Would you order one?
