Finally another post!
Recap of my September reading, lots of surprising stuff. Went in with low expectations but was pleasantly surprised. I was a bit disappointed in We Burned So Bright, I was expecting more.

Red Rising surprising you and East of Eden holding up on a reread sounds like a win. What had you expecting less from Red Rising? Always interesting when a book changes your mind.
