Something blue before “I do” with lots of pretty bows!
I immediately had a million ideas for this set and can’t wait to share it with you!
Starting off with a perfectly wavy bow

using a 104 angle tip start with the wider and down on the cookie and the thinner end up towards the sky. Your royal icing must be very stiff in order to get it to stand up and create nice waves. It helps me to visualize a figure 8 while I pipe the upper bow portion, and I like the ribbons hanging down to be wavy because it gives the illusion of movement on the cookie.
I always remove a bit of the extra icing from the center before going back over and making a perfect knot. Again, using the wider part of the tip at the top applying light pressure and pulling it over the center creating the knot.
