A dog was found underwater tied to cinder blocks near the Dinner Key boat ramp in Coconut Grove yesterday, and Miami Police are investigating it as animal abuse| #ONLYinDADE A follower sent us this video asking for help. The dog was found in the water near the inlet, tied down with cinder blocks. City crews removed it, and the cinder blocks and rope were still at the scene. Police say they’re following leads to find whoever did this. They haven’t said who owned the dog or how long it was in the water.
