I couldn’t be more proud of this bridge. Turning out just how I imagined. Experienced a lot of set backs and losses throughout the process. I knew it was going to be a learning experience. I knew it was gonna be challenging. I knew I could deliver on it. Here it is just 2-3 days out from calling it complete. Wait till you see what I have in store next. I am just getting started.

Would be cool to see how you drill and line up the wood to the holes

Depending on how it goes with the mag drill you might consider getting a punch capable of getting through the flange. Andrew Camarata has a video on one, he also built a bridge like this

Cool but No paint or galvanize? Hope it doesn’t rust out too fast. Guess you are planning to carriage bolt your wood to the top flange. Another option would have been a Ramset powder gun and a top plate of wood on the top flange to screw into. Also a stud welder would be a good option. Either would be easier than drilling hundreds of holes. Best get an extra cutter for your mag!
