Autumn felt well on her way today when I was out in my garden, I even had to put my woolly hat on as the sun dipped behind the trees. As well being busy tidying up my paths and fallen stems I have been busy in my studio - with my own quiet transformations. Trying out new techniques and materials. Working on how I can capture the views from my house with the simplest of line and gesture.

I’m delighted that these 6 mini paintings of looking across the valley will be on show @spiralsfairtrade as part of their new exhibition ‘Thresholds’ opening Friday 9th October.
