🏗️ terraform apply is one command. These 5 checks are what keep it from being a bad day.
 
1️⃣ Read the plan
Every line, not just the summary at the bottom.
 
2️⃣ Remote state and locking
Never apply from a stale local state file.
 
3️⃣ Right subscription
Confirm which account you are about to change.
 
4️⃣ No secrets in code
Use variables and a vault, not values in .tf files.
 
5️⃣ Look for destroy
A “must be replaced” line can delete real data.
