The time has come.

A week had passed since the events that changed everything.
A week for grief to settle and wounds to begin healing.
A week in which Jen had allowed Black Creek to find some peace again.
A week spent preparing for what came next.

She was ready. She knew there was no time to waste. If she wanted to succeed, she had to be prepared for anything.
With determination in her eyes, she checked her weapons, secured her gear, and saddled her black stallion.

Just as she swung herself into the saddle, Sarah stepped out of the saloon.
“Where are you going?” she asked, concern in her voice.

“I’m going to finish this,” Jen replied firmly.

“Alone? Shouldn’t you wait for David?”

Jen shook her head.
“Alone. That’s how I’ve always done it. And that’s how I always will.”

She paused, her expression softening for a moment.
“David isn’t ready yet… He’s going to need you.”

Before Sarah could respond, Jen turned her horse and rode away, leaving Black Creek behind once more.

Still processing my thoughts on the game, that breakdown will happen Monday w/ @themorningshiftshow ..

For now, let’s appreciate the feetwork 😮‍💨

I know who I was, but I’m still discovering who I am now ✨🏆 #ailinperez

Church

Wrote this yesterday with @megmcree we were talking about how crazy it is that when you say a single word to someone it makes every single human feel something different. That is WILD to me. We thought of so many words to use for this song and CHURCH is what we picked. I mean we could have written BEACH, or BAMA or BIBLE…anything BLUE, BICYCLE, etc. (heavy on the B’s I know🤦‍♂️) but my brain is blowing up just thinking about how every word is like a 18 wheeler carrying millions of memories, feelings, smells with them. AND all unique to all of us.

Favorite line: “church…hospital or pageant?

@megmcree said “pageant” and I’m jealous because it’s genius.

Just HAD to put this where somebody could hear it.

What does church make you think? Bad and good please share. And please…don’t be mean to each other. Be nice and honest and have mercy. This could be cool. 🙏💪

Manthropology: maybe he doesn’t know the definition of respect?
