And the time is finally here. We are officially 1 day out. After 10 years, I’m making my return to the stage. Not because I ever stepped away from bodybuilding, but because I stepped away from competing. For the last 10 years, I focused on my career, my athletes & giving them every ounce of my energy, effort, and dedication.

These last 6 months have been some of the most challenging of my life. Without a doubt, the most grueling prep I’ve ever done. Not just because I coached myself while continuing to give my all to my athletes, but because I’m 10 years older, 10 years wiser & I see bodybuilding differently today. Through it all, I’m blessed. By the grace of God, I’m healthy & able to step back on that stage doing something I genuinely love.

The work has been done. Tomorrow, we unveil not only 6 months of hard work…sacrifice, but years of dedication to a lifestyle & profession that have given me everything I have today. For THAT, I’m grateful & humbled. Whether I take first or last, it doesn’t matter. In my heart… in my soul, I’ve already won. Tomorrow, we bring this package, polished and ready to showcase the art and love of bodybuilding and posing to the world.
