Honored to share that The River — a film I scored — is screening at the 49th Denver Film Festival and is nominated for the True Grit award. It is a powerful documentary about the fight to protect the Colorado River, directed by @maragtask, in the Colorado Spotlight slate. Denver Film is close to my heart — I have served as a juror on their Music on Film grants and Comparsa won the audience award here — so this one means a lot. 🎬🎼

Screening Sat, Oct 24 at 1:00 PM at MCA Holiday Theater, Denver — with a post-screening Q&A with director Mara Tasker, film participant Nolan Stevens, and producers. (Second screening: Wed, Oct 28 at 10:15 AM at Sie FilmCenter.): https://denverfilmfestival.eventive.org/films/6ab3fb58e9e2f4537578f591
