My dad lost himself and it cost him his life. I was really young and didn’t understand. Please be nicer to yourself… you’re the most important person in your life… you came into this world with you and you’re with you everyday till the end. You can make a good and happy life. Little by little. Figuring things out. What works. What doesn’t work.
