You do not need to arrive with a polished offering or a plan to lead something.

Contribution can be as simple as listening deeply, making an introduction, sharing what you know, asking a better question, or helping a conversation move somewhere new.

The Gathering becomes richer when people arrive ready to add something to the field, not only take something from it.
