A conversation with my younger self who I always refer to as "tiny me" 💖
I never imagined that I would be a fitness instructor who opens the door for people who look like me, but she did.
I never imagined that I could live on my own in a new city, but she did.
I never imagined that my life would be beautifully full of the most wonderful and supportive people, but she did.
When you take class, it's both of us teaching. Big dreams in tiny form shaped into huge amounts of life altering reality.
I'll see you in the studio.

There’s a million reasons why I’m proud of you and I think the biggest standout this morning is your ability to rest and be kind to yourself. After a decade + of having to anticipate needs and care for everyone but yourself and never getting to rest. You’re doing it. And you’re absolutely fucking nailing it. You’re living the dream tiny you didn’t even think was possible and that baby is magic
