Bone-In Pork Chops are Live on the @pkgrills! I haven’t grilled a pork chop in years. These were thick so I used my @thermoworks RFX.

I did a quick hour marinade in @supertasterz_ WOOOO, patted them dry, and hit them with SPGP.

I set up the @pkgrills for two-zone grilling so I could reverse sear the chops. I had @thegoodcharcoal roaring. The total grill time was around 30 minutes.

Next time, I will pull them around 125 degrees to let the internal temperature rise to 135. The @thermoworks app & RFX’s are money! Overall, the flavor was delicious!
