This past weekend, I spent time with an incredible group of women at a dude ranch in Wyoming, a quiet place where the only sounds were nature, and the evening skies were lit by bright stars. (Okay, it wasn’t quiet during our line dancing class or karaoke night, but go with the image I’m creating. 😉)

Finding a quiet, calm place to restore balance and reset your nervous system isn’t a luxury — it’s critical to survive the current, heavy state of things in America.

The stillness of the land has great healing power and reminds us that some places in our country still offer a slower pace and quiet.

Although I am back home, I can still find places to remove myself from the chaos - places that keep me grounded and protect my peace.

I hope each of you finds your own sanctuary this week, a place where you can quiet the noise and find a moment of calm.
