Rachel Toups

I have new music out! ‘your heart, it pours’ featuring this gorgeous photo/print/painting by @samantha.jade.art is available for your listening pleasure wherever you seek tunes, courtesy of @anxietyblanketrecords

A bit about the song:
You’re on a horse, and you’re galloping through a valley, but also the horse is your heart, and the valley is you. It’s a bit of an existential shrug; an acceptance. You don’t get to travel through the underworld and come out the other side unscathed - no way. Your shape will be different, transformed. But what can you do, huh?

Recorded at Studio Studio Dada, and in a bedroom, and in a Winnebago in a ghost town (thank you @ohno.cisco)

Featuring the following angels -
@blywallentine - harmonium, bass clarinet, synth
@bjacksonharp - harp
@erik_louis_maloy - double bass
@mahlaur - flute
@jeffgutierrez34 - saxophone
@jackinthesandbox - drums

Thank you and you and you and you and you and you and you and you. And if you’ve read this far, just know I’ll be announcing some tour dates soon!

Warmly :)
