Secret Room Shop

Today is the GRAND OPENING of The Schnitzer School of Art + Art History + Design at @portlandstate - from 5-8pm tonight we'll be hanging out in the publication studio live printing with the mobile risograph photobooth!

Cielle is an alumni of PSU's graphic design program and has taught on and off in the design department alongside our friend Kate Bingaman-Burt and a ton of other brilliant artists/designers over the years. It's an honor to return for this momentous occasion to come have fun with the RISO - this new building has been in the works for *years* and it felt pretty surreal to get to tour it recently.

The publication studio is obviously very close to our hearts but more than anything we're excited to see what access to all of these fantastic tools and information does for the small press scene in Portland. The easier it is to realize your project, the more likely it is to get printed, trimmed, and shared with the world. So excited to see what comes outta here and to cross paths with students bringing new ideas to the zine scene here.

Okay, see you tonight!
