We are going down to the Capitol Rose Garden 🌹 for run club tomorrow. It’s close to @ateasebrewingco & the weather looks great for a run!

We’ve got a couple of routes for you to choose from & we’ll take off from the brewery at 6:30 pm (ish).

As always, this is a “go at your own pace” kinda club and we welcome walkers!

We’ve got @_pariscrepes_ here with food & we’re playing @djbingo at 7 pm.

*One loop around rose garden

•≈5k run starting & ending at @ateasebrewingco.
•All experience levels welcome, walking also encouraged.
•Run begins at 6:30 pm every Wednesday.
•Route changes weekly, will always be a loop.
•Runners receive $2 off pints on all beers!
•Runners must agree to follow all traffic laws.
•Use of headphones is discouraged while running.

Yesterday someone at the gym asked me if I miss being as lean as I used to be. I said sure, sometimes I do! Looking back, I gotta admit, having a shredded 6 pack was pretty cool 😜 BUT, the way I approach fitness today is VERY different , especially since becoming a mom. I used to be all about constantly pushing myself to look a certain way. Now my priorities have shifted a lot. Do I still care about how I look? OF COURSE! But having shredded abs 24/7 is no longer my definition of being fit. I am still training hard because I LOVE lifting, enjoying food, spending time with my little family, and not letting fitness consume my life. Because YES, you can work toward your dream physique, get stronger, and feel amazing in your body WITHOUT putting the rest of your life on hold! And I’d LOVE to help you do just that!
