My heart is so full! 🥹🤍 Thank you so much @studiopilatestraining for sharing my story and giving me the opportunity to reflect on a journey that has meant so much more to me than simply becoming a Pilates instructor. What started as a passion has become something incredibly personal, a journey of growth, resilience, faith and rediscovering parts of myself along the way.
