There are days when I can’t wait to run, and days when getting out of bed feels like the hardest part. Days when I feel strong and days when I doubt myself completely.

I’m learning that I don’t need to feel motivated, confident or even particularly good to show up for myself.

Some runs are about getting faster. Some are about getting stronger. And some are simply about getting out the door.
