POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

There are days when I can’t wait to run, and days when getting out of bed feels like the hardest part. Days when I feel strong and days when I doubt myself completely.

I’m learning that I don’t need to feel motivated, confident or even particularly good to show up for myself.

Some runs are about getting faster. Some are about getting stronger. And some are simply about getting out the door.

At the end of the day they all count 🩷

Whatever kind of day you’re having, @wippetapparel has your back.

As someone who sweats buckets and is prone to heat stroke, I’m honestly so glad I split this long run into two!

Made up for the missed kms that afternoon, which ended up being my BEST Zone 2 run yet! I’ve always struggled to run in Zone 2, so this was such a confidence booster! My speed is increasing and my HR is staying lower. Training is working! 💪

Despite having an AMAZING afternoon run, it’s not ideal to split up a long run 🤷‍♀️
So my biggest lessons from this week? Wake up earlier, carry more water and plan ahead (including leaving spare water along the route)

Like always I am wearing my favourite dream run hat for the morning run and coconut cool for the afternoon run with the trippy wave tee from @wippetapparel 🙌 DC: AMY15

Well… I signed up for my first backyard ultra 🫪

I’m equal parts excited, nervous and wondering what the hell I’ve gotten myself into 😂

If you’d told last year’s Amy that running would take her here, she never would’ve believed you.

I have absolutely no idea how this is going to go, but I’m so bloody excited to find out — especially because I get to do it alongside the people (@ourrunderfullife ) who inspired me to become the person I am today.

Cobb and Co, here I come 🩷🙌

Sometimes I forget how far I’ve come. 5K was once the goal, and now I’m here, doing things I never thought I was capable of ✨

This run was a bit brutal 🥵 Between poor sleep, low HRV, not fuelling properly beforehand and then adding the heat and sun into the mix… it definitely wasn’t the best vibe!
The Trippy Wave tee was honestly perfect for the conditions though! Super lightweight and breathable, which helped when the temperature started creeping up
Also loving the Performance Running Socks! I usually struggle with swelling in my legs after a longer run if my socks aren’t right, but these were super comfy and I had no issues after this one.
And of course, my absolute favourite the Dream Run Cap 🩷🧡💙

I took a chance and signed up for a race, even though the distance scared the blinkers out of me. I was scared I wouldn't be able to train for and run the distance.
I'm so glad I pushed past those thoughts and took a chance on myself.
Because without running, I don't think I would have grown into the person I am today. Running has taught me that sometimes you have to quiet the doubts, take the chance to see what you're actually capable of 🩷✨
