I have entirely killed my ego with any of my lower body lifts to keep moving them forward . I am extremely powerful with lifts , you have seen me move very heavy weights , very fast! I can generate force through all of my body and explode it into a lift. My absolute goal is to not do that atm, and just only perfectly contract the target muscle . Stuff is growing , so I will continue . There is no right or wrong , just select options , execute on them, asses outcomes and then evaluate next steps .
