I like to collect and invest in art as well. This piece is a Dali print "Thus the Earth Was Created" which I had a handmade gilded wooden frame with a white matting made for back in 2024.

This is cinema 😭 A person in a Pink Panther mascot costume raises both middle fingers while being blasted with water during what appears to be a French protest. The defiant gesture against the water cannon is the kind of absurd, theatrical resistance that somehow makes riot control footage look like performance art. French demonstrations have a reputation for this exact energy—turning confrontation into spectacle without losing the actual point. #FrenchProtests #ProtestAesthetic #PinkPanther #CinematicMoment #DefiantEnergy
❀༉ 𝘓𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘔𝘺 𝘓𝘪𝘧𝘦 • 𝘑𝘢𝘱𝘢𝘯, 1985 ✧There’s something about the way Freddie speaks to an audience during this song that makes it feel as though it’s just the two of you in a room. Even watching all these years later, that closeness still reaches you. ✧Hearing everyone sing back to him, then hearing him say, “That was absolutely perfect,” touched me so much when I watched this again. I kept thinking about the people who were there. How beautiful to have sung his song to him, to have watched him listening, and then to have heard his voice return to yours. I wonder what this song feels like to them now, with that memory held inside it. ✧And then I think about how many people have carried their love for him through decades of their lives. A song you’ve heard a thousand times can suddenly mean something different. You discover a little detail about him, hear someone else’s memory, or revisit a performance like this, and somehow there’s another reason to love him. The love stays, but it keeps finding room to grow. ✧I wonder whether, while he was writing and creating, he ever imagined how far those songs would travel, or how much company they would give people he would never meet. They’ve brought so much love and peace into my own life, and brought me to people I might never otherwise have known. ✧A thread of love that started with him, reaching into all our different lives and helping us find one another. Some were there singing back to him that night. Some of us only came to him much later. And here we all are, still listening, still finding something that touches us, still loving him. 🤍 🎬 Footage: @officialqueenmusic 🎞️ Edited by me for creative/fan purposes © Queen Productions Ltd. ⚠️ Tribute only-no copyright infringement intended. #FreddieMercury #LoveOfMyLife #Queen #QueenLive #legend
The Supreme Court on Saturday declared that the right to access and use the internet is a fundamental right under Articles 21 and 19(1)(a) of the Constitution, making it clear that children enjoy the same protection The bench made the observation while issuing directions to strengthen the mechanisms for detecting and removing child s*xual exploitation and abuse material (CSEAM) from social media platforms and other online services. A bench comprising Justice JB Pardiwala and Justice K Vinod Chandran observed that denying children access to the internet altogether would be as absurd as suggesting that they had no conscience worth protecting or freedom of speech worth expressing. It noted that the right to freedom of speech and expression under Article 19(1)(a) also includes the right to know and to receive and impart information and ideas. Describing the internet as a marketplace of ideas, creative expression and information, the Court said its value lay not merely in the information it contained but also in the access it gives to adults and children alike. “For many children, particularly in remote areas, it is often the only source of learning and information,” the Court observed. The Bench acknowledged that the internet, as it exists today, is far from safe for children. However, it held that keeping children away from the internet because of the failures of intermediaries to detect and remove harmful material would amount to mistaking the victim for the problem. The Court also clarified that its observations would not prevent the government from restricting children’s access to specific categories of content or services inherently harmful to them, including adult-content websites.
