SSBD recap!!!!!! every year I try to find the words to describe my experience in the But ;) and I can’t ever fully find them….😜 all I know is that i’m truly grateful to be apart of the silliest yet hardworking clowns ever putting together an area filled with surprises and lots of But stuff 🍑 for the people to enjoy! all of these clowns dedicated so much time and effort to perform and make people laugh it’s so sweet. 🙏🏼 I often feel like the grinch with my heart expanding 3x every time I get to experience it! the smiles and laughter we get from people who truly don’t experience the silly enough, that’s enough for me. 🥹

huuuge shoutout to the ginormous team who helped to build our beautiful Butwood this year! major shoutout to all of the clowns and people involved with running the shows, curating the spaces, and keeping the people happy whilst running a damn festival! it takes a village, sometimes a village of clowns even. ;) 🤡 🎪 I think they call that a circus but i’m not totally sure…

also so proud of @kaleidoscopegrace and I for building our Fanny Fashion District in Butwood! a funky flirty space for people to dress up and get silly! my heart is so full ❤️‍🔥 it went by too fast 😭🫣

A 44-year-old Illinois woman, #CynthiaDeniseDear, is behind bars after allegedly macing and stabbing her friend over a harmless comment about her hair. __________________________________________________ According to court documents, the victim told Dear, “Your hair has fuzz in it.” Investigators say Dear became angry, threatened to give her friend the “dirty south treatment,” then attacked her with pepper spray and stabbed her with a knife. __________________________________________________ The victim was taken to the hospital for stitches. Police later arrested Dear inside a truck, where they reportedly recovered a bloody knife and pepper spray. __________________________________________________ Dear faces three counts of aggravated battery and is being held without bond at Macon County Jail. Her preliminary hearing is scheduled for October 28.
