Comment ORDER and I
will DM you the Sparks
and the full episode from
this week’s enLIGHTen podcast
.
EVEN NOW 🤍
.
What if the very winds that
challenge us are same
that God uses to lift us?
.
This week I got to sit down with my
darling friend Julie Canterra and
we pondered this truth
alongside the artwork
“Wind Waking” and
Elder Renlund’s invitation to trust the
promises of Jesus Christ
.
Sometimes life is stormy
.
Sometimes there isn’t even enough
wind to get our kite off the ground
.
But our covenants connect us to the One
whose love NEVER changes
.
I love Martha’s words when everything seemed lost
“But I know, that even now...”
(John 11:22)
EVEN NOW
.
Even in the uncertainty
.
Even in the heartbreak
.
Even when we cannot see the way forward
.
Jesus Christ has the power
to bring peace into our chaos,
light into our darkness,
and hope into our hearts

Just watched this for the first time and realized I said “Elder Oaks” rather than PRESIDENT OAKS 🫣. Must have reverted back to my teen/young adult years remembering him as the one and only, formidable “Elder Oaks” ❤️.

@eva_timothy Today’s discussion also reminded me Elder Holland always taught that we can Believe w/o Understanding, there are many things we won’t understand in this life that we fully Believe!

Love the thought from Elder Renlund’s talk that there are No exceptions in God’s Plan!💫
