Easy 9K on the plan tonight.

With the evenings getting darker, felt a good opportunity to break out the @alcester10k finishers shirt.

Tonight’s run came with a few unexpected side quests however…

Vinted parcel drop-off, nearly getting chewed up by a dog around halfway, followed by a mid-run pit stop at the local shop for supplies!

All that, and still got the 9K ticked off! How’s that for adapting to whatever the evening throws at you?

Saying that, I’d have happily skipped the canine encounter! 😳

Run. Lift. Repeat 💪🏻
