Gabriel Chacon, 32, a teacher at Encanto Elementary School, is accused of sharing child sexual abuse material in an encrypted online chat.
According to federal court documents, an undercover officer in Australia encountered a user who allegedly talked about being alone in his classroom after school before sharing disturbing videos involving children.
Investigators traced the account to Chacon, and federal authorities say he later admitted to saving and distributing the material.
Chacon reportedly denied physically harming children or involving students at his school.
The Osborn School District says law enforcement has found no information indicating students were involved. Chacon has been placed on administrative leave, with his access to school buildings and technology restricted.
He faces two federal charges. The investigation remains ongoing, and the allegations have not resulted in a conviction.

💔 disgusting and sad. Makes me think of all the male teachers that creeped me out growing up, who knows what they were up to. Pretty easy to lock up pdfs who are middle to low class citizens, the rich ones who pay for it never get the charge though.
