A new chapter starts now♥️

Yesterday, we officially welcomed Jeanette McCune to Sitar Arts Center as our new executive director!

On her first day, Jeanette got to know the heart of Sitar: our students, teaching artists, staff, and the creative spaces where young people come to learn, connect, and discover the infinite potential within themselves.

As we look ahead, we’re excited for everything this new era will bring - and the continued impact we can create together for D.C. youth.

Here’s to new beginnings, new possibilities, and many more moments of creativity and connection at Sitar.

COLLECTION N°5. CHANEL has paired gold with diamonds to trace the contours of the most iconic number: 5. A fascinating number, a powerful symbol, an eternal allure. Discover the new EXTRAIT DE N°5 necklace. In BEIGE GOLD set with diamonds, it is designed to be worn cravate style, which underscores its graphic and refined look. At the center of the piece, the 5 appears to be etched with lines of gold. Elevated by a round brilliant-cut diamond in a close setting, a fine jewelry signature of CHANEL since 1932, it sparkles with light. The extension brilliantly punctuates this creation with a precious and sensual drop of perfume. Discover on chanel.com - Link in bio #CollectionN5 #CHANELFineJewelry
Did you catch our season premiere last night???
OG 3Three and NBA Ben10’s defense team filed a 102-page exhibit in federal court arguing why a judge should exclude rap lyrics as evidence in their upcoming trial over the sh*oting involving AllStar JR. They used Rick Ross as an example, arguing that his past as a correctional officer contradicts his g*ngster rap persona and shows how artists can build an image that doesn’t reflect their real lives.
