“I want to look natural. I only need a little.”

That assumes the amount of surgery determines how natural you look. My focus is on the structure we need to address.

When I plan a DEEP PLANE FACELIFT, I assess how the cheeks, jawline and neck relate to one another. A DEFINED jawline is one part of the result. The transitions around it matter just as much.

Sometimes that requires a more comprehensive surgical plan than you expected. Each procedure should have a specific purpose, based on your anatomy.

The goal is a face that looks like yours, with no single feature announcing the work.

Engineered for durability. Designed for elegance.

🌹 Dr Chopra, respectfully that commentary is an excuse for incomplete or minimally performed surgery. A patient doesn't want to just look "refreshed." They want to look 30 years years younger and sexier than they have ever been! I've been the patient of several cosmetic surgeries where the surgical team was mostly concerned about doing the "bare minimum," and performing the "educational experience" of the team rather than the maximum outcome expected by the patient.

This is crucial for women to understand before going into their consults. Often they get overwhelmed walking out with a list of suggested procedures when they thought the less that is done the more natural they’ll look. 👏👏👏

Yes - doing one part only (as if the face is not all attached in a convex structure) shows something out of balance and then you have different areas of the face aging disproportionately. I developed an article called “The Truth About Facelifts” that appeared in Palm Springs Life many years ago and only recently have most plastic surgeons started the same talk
