Alrighty since finishing Ironman Leeds it’s been a quick pivot to try and get kind of, sort of, can you really ever be, prepared for the next and final adventure of the season 👀 @ultraxafrica @ultraxco

6 days and ~320km of running and camping in South Africa ⛺️⛰️🍇 we fly out Friday, we start running Monday. Which means the last couple months have been a lot more running slowly for a long time, hiking up hills and trying to run fast downhill without having quad DOMS for three days 😅. Say a little prayer for me on Monday morning x

I love racing fast but I also love doing things which scare me in incredible places and with crazy people. So I think this will tick some boxes.
And if it’s anything like UltraX Jordan a few years ago (swipe for pics) it’s going to be one of the most epic things I get to experience, with the best humans 🤍 lezgoooooo
