Thanks to everyone who shared our story, tagged @dhlus @dhl_global, and helped us amplify what was happening, our situation reached a DHL executive who happens to be a Black woman! ๐๐ฟ
She reached out to us, and within just 24 HOURS, she was able to help us recover our missing inventory worth over $15,000!
We are beyond relieved and SO incredibly grateful. ๐ฅน๐ค

Someone at the warehouse was definitely trying to steal it, saw the fuss being kicked up, and there were undoubtedly questions being asked. They probably just put it somewhere obvious and left it. If possible, use someone other than DHL. If not. Make sure that supervisor flags your account in case other packages go "missing"
